About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Executive (Full-Time, In-House – Kochi) to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, a strong marketing mindset, and the drive to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Promote company services through both online and offline channels.
  • Identify potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to execute campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage leads and work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, business development, or sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and digital platforms.
  • Goal-oriented, energetic, and able to work independently.
  • Must have your own laptop.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Brand Promotion.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools.
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of branding and content marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
