
Marketing and Sales Executive

**Sales Leadership**: Lead and motivate a team of medical representatives to achieve sales targets and maximize market penetration within the assigned area.
- **Territory Management**: Effectively allocate territories and resources to optimize coverage and ensure maximum reach to target customers.
- **Performance Management**: Set clear sales targets for individual team members and closely monitor their performance, providing support and guidance to ensure objectives are met.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and institutions to promote SERGE Pharma's products and enhance brand visibility and loyalty.
- **Market Analysis and Insights**: Gather market intelligence, analyze competitor activities, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making and tactical adjustments.
- **Training and Development**: Conduct regular training sessions for medical representatives to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
- **Compliance and Ethical Standards**: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and company policies, maintaining the highest ethical standards in interactions with healthcare professionals and customers.
