- **Market Analysis and Insights**: Gather market intelligence, analyze competitor activities, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making and tactical adjustments.
- **Training and Development**: Conduct regular training sessions for medical representatives to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
- **Compliance and Ethical Standards**: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and company policies, maintaining the highest ethical standards in interactions with healthcare professionals and customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹360,000.00 per year
