Sales & Marketing Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for construction materials (e.g., cement, steel, pipes, tiles, paints, aggregates, etc.).
- Conduct market visits to identify potential clients such as contractors, builders, architects, and dealers.
- Support sales teams by generating qualified leads and ensuring follow-ups for conversions.
- Collect and analyze competitor data, market trends, and pricing information.
- Plan and execute local promotional activities such as product demos, site branding, dealer meets, and trade shows.
- Maintain and update customer and dealer databases for marketing communication.
- Coordinate with vendors for marketing materials, banners, and display installations.
- Manage social media presence and digital marketing activities under supervision of the marketing manager.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on marketing activities, inquiries, and lead generation.
- Ensure consistent brand visibility and support in executing regional marketing initiatives.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **1-4 years of experience** in marketing or sales, preferably in **construction materials or building products** (cement, TMT bars, paints, pipes, etc.).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of B2B and channel marketing dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); basic knowledge of digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel across assigned territories in and around Bhopal.
- Fluency in **Hindi and English** (local language familiarity preferred).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
