1. Ensure projects are completed on time, within the given budget to meet the required quality standards. This includes developing project plans, coordinating with team members, and overseeing the execution of projects.

2. They oversee the day-to-day activities on site, ensuring that work progresses according to schedule and meets quality standards. This involves coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

3. Supervise and manage the performance of Site Supervisors. This includes providing guidance, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that the team is working effectively towards project goals.

4. Site managers are responsible for ensuring that the workmanship and materials used meet the standards set by the design plans and client expectations. They conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.

5. Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations. This includes conducting regular safety inspections, implementing safety protocols, and providing safety training to staff.

6. Manage resources efficiently to ensure smooth project execution. This includes overseeing the use of materials, equipment, labour, and coordinating with suppliers and contractors.

7. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and senior management. This includes providing regular project updates and handling any issues or concerns that arise.

8. Implement quality control processes to ensure the work meets or exceeds the project specifications. This includes conducting regular quality inspections and taking corrective actions when necessary.

9. The Site Manager is responsible to provide daily progress report (DPR) update on manpower deputed at site along with the planned work schedule. This is expected to receive at the beginning of the day once reported at site. End of the day, the site manager needs to share the work progress report of that day with pictures and planning of work schedule for next day to ensure smooth of work.

10. Effective communication is essential. Site managers liaise between clients, design teams, contractors, and other stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts as they arise.

11. Maintaining accurate records and documentation is crucial for project accountability and future reference. Site managers keep detailed records of project activities, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.

12. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients is key to ensuring satisfaction with the end result. Site managers address client concerns, provide regular updates, and seek feedback to ensure that the project meets their expectations.

Note: Apart from the above listed key roles & responsibilities, you are expected to be flexible to undertake any additional responsibility falling under the scope of site based on business needs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
