**Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee on-site construction activities for interior projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
- Supervise and manage laborers and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Review project plans and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with design requirements.
- Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules to support project timelines.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and communication logs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues, such as design conflicts, material shortages, or construction delays.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the construction process.
- Collaborate with the project management team to optimize resource allocation and improve project efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in interior design, architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a site supervisor or construction manager, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of interior construction techniques, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
