**Club W **is looking Reservations Executive

**Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities -**
- Make reservations for guests looking to stay at hotels.
- Help customers over the phones who are calling to get price quotes
- Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals to achieve.
- Plan, lead, promote and manage the operation to achieve set objectives, budgets and business plan.
- Prepare and implement procedures, guidelines and standards for the operation.
- Maintain some sort of records with all transactions from that day of service.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager/ Officials.

**Education and Experience -**
- Graduate/ PG in any stream.
- Experience in hotel reservations.

The Reservation Executive handles requests from guests, companies via phone or other platforms. He/She makes sure booking information is input correctly into the system.

The person who are worked in hospitality / travel trade area is also preferred.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
