**Job Summary**: The Reservation Executive is responsible for managing reservations, optimizing room occupancy, and assisting in marketing and promotional activities. This role plays a key part in revenue generation for the GrowMyHotel Properties

Key Responsibilities:
**Reservation Management**:

- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date reservation database.
- Confirm reservations and send booking confirmations to guests.

**Inventory Control**
- Monitor room availability and make recommendations for rate adjustments based on demand and occupancy levels.
- Collaborate with hotel partners to allocate room inventory efficiently.
- Ensure all special requests and preferences of guests are recorded and communicated to the hotel.

**Customer Service**
- Provide excellent customer service to guests by answering their inquiries, handling requests, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in creating a positive guest experience by offering suggestions for room selection and upselling available amenities.

**Sales and Marketing Support**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special packages, offers, and promotions.
- Use customer data to identify opportunities for targeted marketing efforts.
- Assist in implementing pricing and revenue management strategies.

**Reports and Analytics**
- Prepare and analyze reservation and occupancy reports to identify trends and patterns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for pricing, inventory management, and customer preferences.

**Online Presence Management**
- Update and manage online booking platforms and ensure rates and availability are accurate and competitive.
- Monitor online reviews and ratings, taking appropriate actions to address any negative feedback.

**Compliance and Quality Assurance**
- Ensure that all reservations and booking procedures comply with company policies and industry standards.
- Participate in quality assurance and auditing processes to maintain high service standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Any Degree / Diploma (a degree / Diploma in hospitality management or a related field is a plus).
- Previous experience in reservations or front office operations in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and booking software.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Sales and marketing knowledge is advantageous.
- Analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Multilingual skills may be preferred, depending on the hotel's & Resorts clientele.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
