**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, and services.
- Process bookings, cancellations, modifications, and special requests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, packages, and promotions.
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Manage customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Prepare daily/weekly reservation reports and update records in the system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high service standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in reservations, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation/booking software (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
