The Store Executive is responsible for managing the hotel’s inventory and ensuring that all materials, supplies, and equipment are received, stored, and issued in an organized and timely manner. The role ensures proper stock control, accurate documentation, and compliance with hotel standards and policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions when necessary.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of all items.

**2. Receiving & Issuing**:

- Verify quantities and quality of goods received against purchase orders and invoices.
- Ensure all receipts and issues are properly documented and approved.
- Maintain records of daily store transactions and submit reports to the accounts department.

**3. Cost Control & Documentation**:

- Support the finance team in monthly stock audits and cost control measures.
- Prevent pilferage, wastage, and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) method in all storage areas.
- Maintain all related documents such as GRN (Goods Received Note), Issue Slips, and Return Notes.

**4. Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the Purchase and Accounts departments for order placements and vendor payments.
- Liaise with all departments (Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, etc.) for material requirements.
- Support management with reports on inventory consumption and cost analysis.

**5. Hygiene & Safety**:

- Ensure all storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with hotel safety and hygiene standards.
- Follow HACCP guidelines for perishable and non-perishable items.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
