Dispatch Support Executive

MrMed is looking for Dispatch Support Executives to assist us in order fulfillment and post‑order support over telephone/ chat channels.

**Timings: 12pm to 9pm**

**Location: T Nagar, Chennai**

**Responsibilities**:

- Single point of contact for order tracking, communication with logistics partners and post sales support to customers
- Resolving post dispatch issues of customers - eg delivery status, order tracking, cancellations, refunds
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases
- Maintaining status of orders on excel

**Desired Profile**:

- Basic excel skills - basic formulae, VLookup
- 0-2 years’ experience in customer support
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Hindi mandatory)
- Should possess a temperament for handling customers with care

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
