**Job Title**: Dispatch Executive
**Location**: Porur, Chennai
**Experience Required**: 1 to 3 Years

**Languages Required**:Hindi and Tamil**

**Industry**: Elevator Manufacturing

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the **overall material dispatch process** for elevator components and finished goods.
- Verify **customer orders** and coordinate dispatches to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Plan dispatch schedules based on **priority, delivery deadlines, and route optimization**.
- Coordinate with **transporters and logistics providers** for daily shipment execution.
- Ensure all items are properly **packed, labeled, documented**, and dispatched in line with company standards.
- Generate and manage **dispatch documents**, including challans, invoices, and transport receipts.
- Match and verify shipments with **bills of lading**, and handle discrepancies or quantity mismatches.
- Maintain dispatch records in **ERP/SAP or Excel** and update inventory accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regarding **dispatch status, delivery timelines**, and logistics issues.
- Ensure **safe loading, handling, and transportation** of all dispatched materials.
- Adhere to company procedures and maintain **confidentiality of dispatch and customer information**.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Experience**: 1 to 3 years in **dispatch supervision**, preferably in **manufacturing or engineering industry**:

- **Education**: Any12th / Diploma/ Graduate
- **Gender**: Male only
- **Languages Required**: Must be able to speak **Hindi and Tamil**:

- Strong **coordination, communication**, and **time-management skills**:

- Physically fit to handle **dispatch operations** in a shop floor/store environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
