**Job Summary**:
The Dispatch Executive is responsible for coordinating the distribution of returnable packaging solutions, ensuring efficient delivery schedules, managing inventory tracking, and overseeing the dispatch process from start to end. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to liaise with clients, manage returns, and track reusable packaging materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Dispatch Planning and Coordination**:

- Plan, schedule, and coordinate dispatch of packaging materials to clients and return processes.
- Liaise with the production and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available as per schedule.
- Work closely with transport partners to confirm and arrange timely pickups and deliveries.
- ** Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and update stock levels of packaging materials and plan replenishment schedules.
- Track reusable packaging items (crates, pallets, containers, etc.) to ensure they are returned, cleaned, and stored for future use.
- Manage documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- ** Process Optimization**:

- Identify bottlenecks in the dispatch process and suggest improvements to reduce lead times.
- Assist in implementing best practices in the packaging return process to minimize losses and ensure efficiency.
- ** Customer Relationship Management**:

- Communicate with clients to confirm delivery details, handle special requests, and address any issues with packaging returns.
- Provide delivery updates and proactively manage any delays or issues with dispatch.
- ** Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including tracking materials, customer details, and returns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on dispatch and return metrics.
- Analyze dispatch performance and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- ** Experience**:
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or a similar role; experience in returnable packaging is a plus.
- ** Knowledge of inventory management and logistics software (such as ERP, WMS) is advantageous.
