We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead our marketing efforts, attract new clients, and manage existing client relationships.

**JOB OVERVIEW**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, and market research.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing timely solutions.
3. Manage the sales cycle from lead qualification to closing, working with senior management to develop tailored proposals for prospective clients.
4. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management.
5. Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, company offerings, and competitor activity to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
7. Plan and execute on-site visits and client meetings to establish rapport and trust.
8. Plan and execute on-site visits to bring in new clients to the organization.
9. Actively engage in client outreach and face-to-face interactions to understand client needs and promote the firm’s services.

**Skills & Competencies**:
1. Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally B2B sales.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop rapport and close deals effectively.
3. Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
5. Deep knowledge of the legal industry and the ability to understand client legal needs.
