**Job Summary**:
A Telecaller is responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate leads, sales, or provide customer service. They engage in telephonic conversations representing the company, promoting its products or services, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Initiate cold calls or scheduled calls to potential customers or existing clients.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential customers based on predetermined criteria.
- **Sales**: Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries, complaints, or requests.
- **Data Entry**: Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the company's products or services to effectively address customer questions.
- **Scripting**: Adhere to provided scripts or guidelines during calls.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction.
