**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Explain products/services clearly and convincingly to customers.
- Handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain proper records of calls, feedback, and customer interactions in CRM/software.
- Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and relationship building.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to business growth.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages will be an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
