- **Provide project information to customers.**:

- **Multi-task on various projects which are relevant to the company**:

- **Document all call information and update the same in crm**:

- **Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.**:

- **Follow up customer calls where necessary.**:

- **Complete call logs and reports.**:

- **No Targets**:
