Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Communication: Attend incoming calls and engage with customers to address inquiries related to share transfers and related services.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Assist customers in completing necessary documentation for share transfers and provide guidance on the process.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding pending requests and ensure timely responses.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless transfer process and resolve any discrepancies.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions for management review.
- Customer Education: Provide information to customers regarding shareholding services, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in client servicing or customer support, preferably in finance or share transfer services.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to interact with customers professionally and courteously.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
