We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings with excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities-**
- Drafting relevant Job Descriptions & Posting them on Multiple Job Boards.
- Conducting initial phone screening.
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet internal and external deadlines.

**Requirements-**
- 1+ years of IT recruitment experience is mandatory
- Computer proficiency.
- Excellent communication and creativity skills.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and software.
- Basic knowledge of Recruiting techniques.
- Experience in recruitment processes and platforms
- A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
- Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Strong sales & negotiation skills

**Qualifications-**
- A university graduate; Masters (Computers / Business) is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
