Senior HR Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that meet the company's objectives.
- Manage recruitment, selection, and hiring processes.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
- Manage and supervise payroll, benefits, and other HR administrative aspects.
- Counsel and guide employees on HR matters and conflict resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant labor laws and regulations and ensure the company is compliant.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze HR data and provide reports and analysis for senior leadership.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Executive or similar position.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and relevant regulations.
- Proven ability in team management and leadership.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of HR software and database management systems.
