**_Role and Responsibilities: _**

**Account Planning**: Building a comprehensive account plan, identifying key relationships, the opportunities inline with the company direction.

**Business Development**: Responsible for building and managing a portfolio, driving revenues within the assigned account or the portfolio of accounts by being the owner of the entire opportunity management cycle, which involves identifying business opportunities, selling, service delivery, and negotiations.

**Client Delivery**: Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure that the team understands the customer requirements and is aligned.

**Negotiation and Onboarding**: Coordinate with the consultants to ensure fitment with the client's needs; negotiate the rates or salaries; and ensure onboarding, as per customer requirements.

Responsible for handling a complete recruitment life cycle for high-end or niche requirements from the client.

This is an Individual contributor role & reporting to company senior management.
- Excellent communication & articulation skills (written and Verbal).
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Should be willing to work from Mohali office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
