People Operations Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Talent Acquisition & Recruitment**
- Schedule interviews and maintain job postings.
- Support employer branding initiatives.
2. **Employee Onboarding & Engagement**
- Facilitate the onboarding process and orientation.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Address HR-related queries.
3. **HR Operations & Compliance**
- Maintain employee records and support payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in HR audits and reporting.
4. **Learning & Development**
- Identify training needs and coordinate programs.
- Support performance appraisals and maintain records.
- Contribute to HR policy development.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 6 months of HR experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & Power BI.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
