**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments

Monitor and analyze operational performance and implement improvements where necessary.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and present operational reports to management.

Handle any operational issues that arise and provide timely solutions.

Collaborate with the management team to set goals, develop strategies, and plan for future growth.

**Requirements**:
Advance excel is must

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

1 to 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
