**Responsibilities include**:

- Developing store strategies to raise customers pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

**Location**:Kundalahalli Gate, Bengaluru

**Experience Required**: Minimum [2 years] in store operations and sales**Driving Skills**: Mandatory (Valid Driving License)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Store & Team Management**:

- Maintain cleanliness of the store and machines.
- Ensure the team is allocated tasks efficiently.
- Monitor and enhance store-level revenue, walk-in sales, and overall customer satisfaction.
- **Vehicle Handling**:

- Oversee car receiving and task allocation to the team.
- Prepare checklists and update car statuses regularly.
- Upload car interior, exterior, and progress pictures in the group.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Conduct vehicle inspections before delivery.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery timelines.
- Handle payment collection and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- **Delivery & Logistics**:

- Arrange drivers for vehicle delivery.
- Close the store at the end of the day efficiently.
- **Inventory & Maintenance**:

- Update stock requirements and report maintenance issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in store sales and operations management.
- Ability to drive and possess a valid driving license.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Team leadership and customer service experience.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
