Hiring: Welding Inspector (CSWIP Certified)

Location: Tamil Nadu

Experience: 8 to 10 years

**Salary**: ₹8 LPA

We are looking for an experienced and certified CSWIP Welding Inspector to join our quality assurance team.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain welder-wise defect/performance records and support continual skill improvement.

Conduct NDT testing per customer specifications and prepare & release all required welding documentation.

Perform in-process inspections of welded products and implement corrective actions for welding issues.

Manage calibration/validation of welding machines and related testing equipment.

Coordinate and support ISO 3834 & EN 15085-2 certification and surveillance audits.

**Requirements**:
CSWIP Certification is mandatory.

8-10 years of hands-on experience in welding inspection.

Strong knowledge of NDT, welding procedures, and international quality standards.
