**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect and monitor welding activities on shop floor and ensure quality compliance.
- Review and verify WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), PQR (Procedure Qualification Record), and WPQ (Welder Performance Qualification).
- Conduct visual inspections and witness NDT tests (RT, UT, PT, MT).
- Ensure welding is done as per ASME / AWS / ISO / IBR codes and project specifications.
- Maintain inspection records, welding logs, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with third-party inspectors and clients during stage inspections.
- Identify welding defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in welder qualification and requalification programs.
- Report non-conformities and follow up for closure.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in welding inspection in heavy fabrication industry.
- Certified Welding Inspector (CSWIP 3.1 / AWS-CWI / IWE / IWT) preferred.
- Familiar with pressure vessel, structural steel, and piping standards.
- Knowledge in reading engineering drawings and welding symbols.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

**Preferred**:

- Familiarity with ASME, IS, and ISO standards.
- Experience in dealing with third-party agencies (TUV, Lloyds, DNV, etc.).
- Exposure to pressure parts, heat exchangers, and structural fabrication.

Pay: ₹8,996.68 - ₹40,000.00 per month
