**Job Summary**:
The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all fabricated **pressure vessels, expansion joints**, and related components comply with applicable codes, standards, and customer specifications. The role involves dimensional inspection, welding inspection, documentation review, and quality reporting throughout the manufacturing process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform in-process and final inspections of **pressure vessels, expansion joints**, and related components.
- Verify dimensions, tolerances, weld quality, and surface finish as per engineering drawings and standards.
- Inspect raw materials and ensure traceability as per material test certificates (MTCs).
- Conduct visual inspection of welding and coordinate NDT activities (RT, PT, UT, MT) as required.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and final documentation (Inspection Test Plan, QA dossiers).
- Ensure compliance with ASME, ISO, and customer specifications.
- Monitor calibration status of inspection tools and measuring instruments.
- Coordinate with production, welding, and design teams to resolve quality issues.
- Assist during third-party inspection (TPI) and customer audits.
- Promote continuous improvement in quality and safety standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
