Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve welding procedures for manufacturing and construction projects.
  • Select appropriate welding methods, materials, and equipment based on project needs.
  • Ensure compliance with welding codes, standards (such as AWS, ASME, ISO), and safety regulations.
  • Conduct welding inspections, testing, and quality control measures.
  • Troubleshoot welding defects and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to enhance weld performance.
  • Train and guide welders on best practices and new welding technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, ).
  • Proficiency in welding inspection techniques (NDT methods like ultrasonic, radiographic, and dye penetrant testing).
  • Familiarity with CAD software and engineering drawings.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to address welding-related challenges.
  • Certifications such as Certified Welding Engineer (CWE) or Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
