- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Generate and maintain sales reports, including order status, sales performance, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with departments for timely order fulfillment.
- Generate and maintain sales reports.
- Assist with sales presentations and proposals.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous sales support or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.

**Salary**: ₹11,327.39 - ₹30,205.10 per month
