**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive
**Location**: Chembur
**Department**: Sales
**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
3. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
5. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of customer shipments.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
**Requirements**:
1. 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
5. Basic knowledge of freight forwarding operations and terminology.
**Skills**:1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
