**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels (cold calling, door-to-door, referrals, and digital outreach).
- Educate customers about the benefits of solar energy and customize solutions based on their needs.
- Conduct site visits, assess energy consumption, and provide tailored solar proposals.
- Maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent post-sales service and support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends and company offerings.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Prior sales experience in any industry (B2C or B2B) is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of renewable energy (training will be provided).
- Comfortable using CRM software and digital tools for sales tracking.
