
Executive Assistant to CEO

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative & Personal Assistance**:
- Manage the Resp. **CEO’s schedule, calendar, and appointments**, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Oversee **CEO’s complex travel plans-domestic/international, hotel bookings, visa processing, and itinerary management**.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
**Facility & Security Management**:
- Supervise and coordinate **CEO residency office housekeeping, security, and driver management**.
- Liaise with **law enforcement, local authorities, and emergency services** for security and safety concerns.
- Ensure compliance with **VIP/VVIP security protocols** for events and travel.
**Emergency & Crisis Management**:
- Coordinate **medical assistance, hospital arrangements, and emergency services** as required.
- Establish and maintain relationships with **local police stations, hospitals, and security agencies**.
- Develop and implement contingency plans for crisis situations.
**Interdepartmental Coordination**:
- Act as the central point of contact for **internal department heads** requiring the CEO’s attention.
- Facilitate **timely approvals, updates, and reports** to streamline decision-making.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between **business, legal, finance, and operational teams**.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
