**MD** Adjuster**is responsible for** managing claims related to automobile accidents, including assessing damage to vehicles, investigating accidents, and negotiating settlements with claimants. They work closely with policyholders, claimants, and other stakeholders to ensure that all claims related to automobile accidents are handled efficiently and effectively.**This position works closely in meeting client performance and quality standards.**

**Responsibilities**

**Manage**high**-volume**low complexity claims from beginning to end.**

**Investigat**e** automobile accidents to**determine** the cause and liability, including reviewing police reports and conducting interviews with witnesses** in some cases**.**

**Analyzing insurance policies and relevant laws and regulations to**determine** the scope of coverage related to automobile accidents.**

**Negotiat**e** repair**s and settlements**with claimants**

**Provide** regular updates on automobile claims to policyholders**,**insured, claimant**, and**other members of the claims team.**

**Assess** damage to vehicles involved in accidents, including reviewing repair**estimates,** and**determining** the cost of repairs.**

**Coordinat**e** with internal and external stakeholders, such as claims adjusters**and**clients,**to ensure that all activities related to automobile claims are conducted efficiently and effectively.**

**Participat**e** in departmental meetings and training sessions to stay informed about policy changes and new procedures.**

**Maintain**a high level** of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure that all activities related to automobile claims are conducted ethically and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.**

**Qualifications we**seek** in you**

**Minimum qualifications**

**Y**ears**of**Material Damage Liability Claim**s within the US, Eur**ope,**India** or**LatAm**

**College Diploma or**commensurate** work experience**

**Fluent in both spoken and written English**

**Proficient in MS Office (Word** and E**xcel**)**

**Preferred qualifications**

**Experience handling**fast track/low touch claims**

**College Degree**

**Lean Six Sigma Certification(s)**
