- The Travel Claims Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing travel insurance claims from initiation to resolution (Triaging/Indexing/FNOL/Pre-Post Adjudication/ Adjudication/ Payments etc.)._
- This role involves evaluating claims, ensuring compliance with policy terms, and providing excellent customer service to our clients_
- Responsibilities_
- _Review and process travel insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner._
- _Calculation of SAL (Single Article Limit)_
- _Validating Excess and calculation of Final amount_
- _Handling of Travel Curtailments_
- _Handling of Cancellation & disruption_
- _Identification of Recovery (if any)_
- _Evaluate claims documentation to determine eligibility and coverage._
- _Communicate with claimants, medical providers, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information and clarify details._
- _Ensure all claims are processed in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements._
- _Maintain detailed records of all claims and interactions._
- _Provide clear and empathetic communication to clients regarding the status of their claims._
- _Identify and investigate potential fraudulent claims._
- _Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex claims issues._
- _Stay informed about industry trends, policy changes, and regulatory updates_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Graduation in any stream except B.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law_
- Preferred Skills_
- _Excellent verbal and written communication skills_
- _Good analytical and problem-solving skills_
