**About the Role**

This is your opportunity to launch your recruitment career from the frontlines. As a **Recruitment Trainee**, you’ll work directly with experienced recruiters to learn the A-to-Z of hiring—from job document preparation to onboarding. If you’re curious, people-oriented, and proactive, this one’s for you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Own and manage the **full-cycle recruitment process**: sourcing, screening (includes resume review & phone screening, interviewing, coordination, and offer closure.
- Understand and interpret client requirements across various roles and domains.
- Utilize LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, internal database, and creative sourcing techniques to build talent pipelines.
- Contribute to ongoing RPO projects, hiring events, and strategic client assignments.
- Represent Recruiting Genie’s values in every interaction—competence, commitment, and trust.

**Requirements**:

- Commerce/ business graduates only.
- Fluent in English language - written & verbal both
- Fast learner with basic MS Excel or Google Sheets know-how
- Self-driven, professional, and eager to grow in recruitment
- Open to occasional travel for work-related events & business meetings.

- Stipend (Training Period - 3 months): ₹12K - ₹18K/month
- Full-Time CTC (Post Training): ₹3 - ₹4.20 LPA
