- The function of the position is to dispatch the claims on the claims management system and call to contractors and assign the job. Once the job has been assigned to the contractor then we need to inform the homeowner about the claim & contractor details._
- Responsibilities:_
- _Input claim details into claim management system_
- _Calls to be made to Contractor and Homeowner_
- _Surveys to be taken_
- _Stakeholder interaction to get the complete job details_

- Minimum Qualification:_
- _Any Graduate except Technical_

- Essential skills:_
- _Good analytical and problem solving skills_
- _Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change_
- _Ability to do root-cause analysis for process gaps highlighted_
- _Time Management and ability to complete assignments within deadlines_
- _The ability to use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data, to process information, and as a form of communication with customers and others in the company_
- _The ability to use relevant information and individual judgment to determine the best possible solution to any situation._

- _Excellent command on Excel spreadsheets, MS word and internet from day to day operations delivery standpoint_
