**JD for**AI Ops Monitoring Tools Engineer [Tools SME]**

We are seeking a skilled **AI Ops Monitoring Tools Engineer**to join our team. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and visualization solutions that support our business objectives.
- Understanding of Event management concepts; like Event indication, Event classification, Event detection, Event logging, Event filtering or correlation, Event response, Event closure and Event resolution
- Understanding of advanced Event management concepts like; Event Aggregation, Correlation, Deduplication and Enrichment
- Expertise of pattern matching (NLP), anomaly detection, trend forecasting
- Understanding of statis (rule based) & dynamic (machine learning) correlation. Familiarity of rule writing logic.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts like seasonality analytics and time series correlation
- Manual versus system event handling
- Event management system integration with ITSM systems like ServiceNow
- Knowledge of monitoring tools/infrastructure and event management integration with understanding of ITIL and Ticketing Process.
- Proactive Problem Management, Efficient Resource Allocation, Automation and Orchestration, Big Data Analytics, Self-healing and Autonomous IT Operations.
- Should be open to work in 24/7 rotational support
- Experience designing and implementing client facing solutions leveraging involving Multiple Monitoring Tools, Manage Engine, Moogsoft, Big panda and ServiceNow.
- Ready to work on any other AIOps platform.
- Experience of performance compliant design, sustainable solution architecture
- Analyze and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend cost effective and efficient solutions
- Design and develop data models to support process integrations
- Support and coordinate scheduling and execution of releases, product upgrades, new technology deployments.
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training including multitask and time management.Practical experience with agile methodologies/tools
