**Key Responsibilities**:
- Record and maintain **daily sales & purchase entries** accurately.
- Prepare and verify **invoices, bills, and vouchers**.
- Generate **Excel reports** (sales, purchase, stock movement, etc.).
- Coordinate with the store/warehouse/accounts team for data accuracy.
- Assist in reconciliation of purchase and sales records.
- Support management with MIS reports and other entry-related tasks.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc. or equivalent preferred).
- **Strong knowledge of MS Excel** (Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Entry).
- 1-3 years of experience in **sales & purchase entry** (preferably in medicine/pharma industry).
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
