Book Exhibition in Charge

Pune, India CROSSWORD BOOK STORES Full time

Overall in-charge of Crossword book fair in schools and other venues.
- Will be responsible for managing the fair team, the display of the books as per specifications and the resultant revenue.
- Will be playing a crucial role in ensuring the event reaches its target audience and revenue. This includes right location and interaction with customers.
- Will also be developing customer relationship for future business. Submit necessary reports to office.
- Will be required to coordinate between the warehouse team, other fair executives/assistants and the managers to make sure smooth execution of each event.
- Will be training junior assistants and contributing to customer experience in Crossword book stores when exhibitions are not happening. This offers a unique opportunity of gaining valuable work experience.

**Job Skills**:

- Graduation in any stream
- Should be able to read and write in English
- Past work experience of 2-3 years in sales or marketing
- Well-groomed and disciplined
- Willing to work at flexible timing
- Previous experience in event management or exhibitions will be preferable but not necessary
- Any work experience in education or books industry will be an advantage
- Good people skills
- Should have his own vehicle, valid driving license and willing to travel.
