Position - Sales Executive

Qualification - BBA / MBA (Marketing)

Experience - 2 to 4 yrs relevent

skills - Enthusiastic,Target oriented, Convincing, Negotiation

Personal characteristics & Behaviors - Coordination, communication

Roles & Responcibilites
- 1) Handle the site walk in, provides technical details/information of the unit, takes part in negotiatios and close deals.

2) Manage all the back office work from booking till sale deed execution.

3)coordination with engineering division site updated status.

4)Handle inquiries of the listed properties and provides solution to the customer according to their requirements.

5) follow up with the clients for booking, payments when required.

6)Prepare weekly, monthly reports and present it to the management.

7)coordinate with vendors to execute promotional tasks advertisement, hoardings, exhibitions.

8) Any additional responsibilities given by management or organization should be completed timely.

9)convincing client for booking order

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chinchwad, Pune - 411015, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
