**Position Summary**:
The **Vendor Quality Inspector** is responsible for inspecting and verifying the quality of raw materials, machined components, and purchased parts delivered by external vendors to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, tolerances, and company quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform dimensional and visual inspections on incoming materials, machined parts, and outsourced components using tools such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, and VMM.
- Read and interpret complex mechanical and CNC machining drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Verify vendor-supplied documentation such as material certifications, and inspection reports.
- Record inspection results accurately and maintain traceability.
- issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and assist in root cause analysis.
- Communicate with vendors and purchasing to address quality issues, track corrective actions, and monitor supplier performance.
- Assist with first article inspection (FAI) processes for new or revised parts.
- Support quality audits of external suppliers as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized inspection area and ensure all measuring tools are calibrated and in good working condition.

**Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification in manufacturing or quality (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in quality inspection within a CNC machining or precision manufacturing environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
