Designation: QC Inspector Location: Chandragadh, Jamnagar Industry: Brass Manufacturing (Export Unit) Experience: 2–3 Years About the Organization: A reputed and fast-growing brass components export manufacturing company based in Chandragadh, Jamnagar , specializing in precision-engineered brass products supplied to international clients. The company is known for its commitment to strict quality standards, timely deliveries, and consistent export business operations. About the Role: The QC Inspector will be responsible for conducting quality inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products , ensuring compliance with customer specifications, international quality standards, and export guidelines. The role demands attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and strong coordination with production and dispatch teams. Key Role Objectives: Perform visual, dimensional, and physical inspections of brass components at various production stages. Use appropriate measuring instruments like Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Thread Gauges. Record and maintain inspection reports as per company quality procedures. Coordinate with production supervisors and dispatch teams for quality-related concerns. Reject and report non-conforming products and suggest corrective actions. Verify final packing quality and product markings as per export requirements. Maintain calibration records and care of measuring instruments. Prepare daily QC inspection reports for management and maintain documentation for audits. Basic Requirements: Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical or relevant field Experience: 2–3 years in brass, metal components, or precision manufacturing units Good knowledge of quality control processes and measuring tools Proficiency in documentation and report preparation Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chandragadh, Jamnagar Updated professional CV with latest inbuilt passport-size professional photo is mandatory Salary: 20,000 to 30,000 per month (Based on interview and experience) Apply Now: Important: Do not apply by sending your resume via email.
