As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Online Quality Inspector to join our team and help maintain the high standards of our CNC machining operations.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-process quality inspections of CNC-machined parts during production runs to ensure adherence to engineering drawings, tolerances, and specifications.
- Use precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges, VMM) to check part dimensions and quality.
- Monitor CNC machine performance and provide immediate feedback to operators regarding any deviations from quality standards.
- Ensure that any non-conforming parts are identified and segregated for further investigation.
- Work closely with CNC operators to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Review inspection data, complete quality control documentation, and track part quality throughout the production process.
- Verify the accuracy of machine settings, tooling, and fixtures to ensure parts are manufactured to specification.
- Perform final quality checks before parts are moved to the next stage in production or shipment.
- Conduct audits of parts, processes, and quality systems to ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality control procedures at all times.
- Report on quality trends and suggest improvements to reduce waste and defects.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in quality inspection within a CNC machining or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, tolerances, and material properties.
- Proficient in using various inspection tools and equipment (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges, VMM).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of quality control systems, methodologies, and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify potential defects or deviations in parts.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with CNC operators and production teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and manage inspection priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with CNC programming and machine setup (helpful but not required).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
