**Duties and Responsibilities**

Group entities marketing
- Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
- Implement marketing plans that include print and online content.
- Create branded advertising campaigns, and hands-on the marketing and design by coordinating and collating content.
- Create visual materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics, that support marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
- Develop and manage all internal and external communication systems.
- Create, maintain and strengthen the Group Entities’ overall brand through all media avenues.

Executive support to HQ Marketing & Management
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns from management level
- Assist in the creation and design of presentations, proposals, and other materials.
- Assist in the management of social media accounts and the creation of social media content.
- Assist in the organization and coordination of events.
- Coordinate in market research, data analysis and reporting
- Ad-hoc tasks support to all group entities when required

Skills and experience:

- Experience with working and supporting multiple entities in a fast-faced environment Preferred to have qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a marketing or graphic design role.
- Sound knowledge of graphic design software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong work ethics
- Can do attitude
- Excellent communications and problem solving skills
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong attention to detail, able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting and market research.
- Strong ability to work in a team environment and ability to take direction.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
