**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Classroom Instruction**:

- Teach English language and literature to senior secondary students (Classes XI and XII) following the CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.
- Cover key areas such as poetry, prose, drama, grammar, and composition, ensuring students gain a comprehensive understanding of literary analysis and effective communication.
- Use diverse teaching methods to engage students, encourage discussion, and promote critical thinking.
- **Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development**:

- Develop well-structured lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and ensure coverage of all syllabus topics.
- Regularly update curriculum content to include modern literature and contextual references while aligning with board exam requirements.
- Incorporate technology, multimedia, and creative activities to make lessons engaging and relevant to students.
- **Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring**:

- Design and administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate students' understanding of English literature and language.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback on assignments and written work to help students improve their writing and analytical skills.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed to address areas of difficulty or enrichment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
