**Job Summary**:
The role demands creativity in pedagogy, a strong command over the English language, and the ability to engage students with diverse backgrounds and learning styles.

**Key Responsibilities:Academic Responsibilities**
- Teach English Literature and Language to students of Grades XI and XII, as per the prescribed CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.
- Develop engaging lesson plans that include literary analysis, creative writing, grammar, comprehension, and vocabulary enhancement.
- Encourage active participation, discussion, and expression of ideas through debates, presentations, and writing assignments.
- Prepare students for board exams and internal assessments through structured revision and exam preparation strategies.

**Classroom Management**
- Foster an open, inclusive, and intellectually stimulating learning environment.
- Establish a respectful and positive rapport with students to encourage a culture of learning and creativity.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and ensure discipline in accordance with school policies.

**Assessment & Evaluation**
- Design and administer class tests, assignments, project work, and periodic assessments.
- Evaluate students' performance through consistent and fair grading practices.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their reading, writing, and analytical skills.

**Curriculum Development & Innovation**
- Contribute to the enrichment and development of the English curriculum, integrating literature from various genres, time periods, and cultural backgrounds.
- Incorporate modern teaching tools and digital platforms to make lessons interactive and immersive.
- Use differentiated instruction techniques to cater to varied learning levels.

**Collaboration & Professional Development**
- Participate in school events, faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and training programs.
- Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and self-study.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
