**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning & Delivery**:

- Develop and deliver advanced English lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards for higher secondary levels.
- Incorporate a variety of instructional methods and resources to engage students and address diverse learning needs.
- Teach and guide students in the study of English literature, language, composition, and critical analysis.
- **Student Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Design and administer assessments, including tests, essays, and projects, to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their writing and analytical skills.
- Maintain detailed records of student performance and progress.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a supportive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain discipline and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
- Address and resolve any classroom issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to align instructional practices and contribute to departmental goals.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, achievements, and areas needing improvement.
- Participate in staff meetings, academic committees, and school events as required.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest developments in English education and pedagogical techniques.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Master’s degree in English, Literature, or a related field. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience teaching English at the higher secondary level.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of English literature, language, and composition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Amalapuram, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
