Profile : In Process
- Quality Executive.

Requirements: Immediate Joining or 10 days.
- Min 5-6 Years’ experience in Plastic Injection Moulding.
- Degree - Engg or Diploma course.
- Zero quality complaints from all customer end and Inhouse
- Monitoring the Incoming. Online & final inspection team performance.
- Monitoring the QTR for Non-Automotive & Automotive and close the reports as per the target date.
- Monitoring the 4M change activities.
- Monitoring the packaging products conditions and if necessary give the proposal like addition or modification given into the managements.
- Quality core tools like PPAP, APQP, and Control plan training given to the next level.
- Achieve the customer PPM as per the target.
- Monitoring the 5S, process capability study, Kaizen.
- Involve the new product trail and documents submission.
- Verification and approval of layout inspection plan
- Tool related issues discuss with customer and internal team.
- Introduce new systems or procedures where ever applicable
- Attending the customer complaints and Closing counter measure reports on time.
- Attending new project meeting with customers
- Follow up the customer schedule and co-ordinate with concern customer representative persons to meet the quality and delivery of the parts.
- Monitoring the inhouse overall rejection in daily basis and take action if rejection level goes beyond targets.
- Monitoring the customer and internal audit schedule and If any NC points is there and it should be closed within the target date.
- Collect and Prepare the MRM data’s in every month.
- Manpower allocation and monitoring the effective utilization across the quality functions.
- Implement the IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 audit standards and Customer specific requirements.
