[Job Title: Marketing Specialist - Ovum Hospitals, Kalyan Nagar]

**Location**: Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote Ovum Hospitals' services and specialties.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the local market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, referring providers, community organizations, and media outlets.
- Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and other outreach activities to raise awareness of Ovum Hospitals and engage with potential patients.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, track key metrics, and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in healthcare marketing.
- Work closely with the admissions and patient services teams to support patient acquisition and retention efforts.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business objectives and priorities.
- Assist with other marketing projects and initiatives as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on healthcare or hospital marketing preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
