The trainer will play a crucial role in equipping trainees with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the renewable energy industry, specifically focusing on Solar PV systems. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to sustainable energy practices while making a significant impact on the ground. **Key Responsibilities** **Training & Academics** - Conduct practical and theoretical workshops on Solar PV Installation and Operations Management. - Utilize industry-standard training materials and procedures to deliver comprehensive sessions. - Lead field-based training sessions and troubleshoot design and construction issues during site visits. - Provide ongoing support and answer participants' queries, ensuring a clear understanding of concepts. **Communication & Mobilization** - Motivate and inspire trainees through effective teaching methods. - Engage with local communities and stakeholders to mobilize participants for training programs. - Foster open communication with trainees and provide feedback on their progress and performance. **Training Compliance** - Ensure that all training sessions align with regulatory standards and organizational guidelines. - Conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training and report on outcomes. - Maintain accurate records of trainees and monitor their development throughout the program. **Professional Conduct** - Adhere to professional standards and demonstrate a commitment to integrity, transparency, and accountability. - Act as a role model for trainees, upholding high ethical standards and a positive work environment. **Qualifications & Experience** **Education**: - ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Mechanical, Fitter, Instrumentation **Experience**: - Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience for ITI/Diploma holders, or **Skills**: - Proven experience as a solar trainer with practical knowledge of the solar industry. - Strong electrical or solar trades background. - Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of motivation. - TOT certification (preferred but not mandatory). **Competencies** - Strong technical understanding of Solar PV systems and installations. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proficiency in Hindi, Bengali, and English is essential. - Ability to assess and enhance trainees' skills through interactive teaching methods. **Reporting Structure** This position reports to the Project Manager based in Kolkata. **Travel Requirements** **Salary Range** ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and the last salary drawn) **How to Apply** Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: - Day shift **Education**: - Diploma (preferred) **Experience**: - Teaching: 1 year (preferre
