**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound cold calls to prospective clients across various industries.
- Utilize pre-approved scripts to communicate the features and benefits of IT products and services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored software/IT solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant services to existing and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, client conversations, and sales in the CRM system.
- Handle incoming inquiries from existing clients and redirect to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Conduct timely follow-ups on leads and previous calls to convert prospects.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a High School Diploma; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT is a plus.
- At least 1 year of telesales or telemarketing experience, preferably in an IT/software company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to remain professional and calm under pressure.
- Comfortable with cold calling and working towards sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- A results-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
